These Terms are an agreement between you and Danyil Selivanov, a solo operator based in Poland (EU) that provides Selida ("Selida", "the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Selida is

Selida is a web application that helps churches and worship teams organize their music and people. It lets you:

We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

2. Accounts and eligibility

3. Acceptable use

Please use the service reasonably. You agree not to:

About song content: you are responsible for making sure you have the right to store and share the lyrics, chords, and other content you put into the service. Different countries have different rules about reproducing worship music; that responsibility sits with you and your organization.

We may suspend or limit access if use of the service threatens its security, legality, or stability.

4. Your content and who owns it

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Organizations and roles

6. Availability — the service is provided "as is"

Selida is a young product, offered during this phase on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free).

We genuinely aim for a calm, reliable service, and we keep backups — but during this pilot phase we can't promise specific uptime, and features may change or occasionally break. Please keep your own copies of anything critical (the app provides data export for this). To the extent the law gives you mandatory consumer rights, nothing here removes them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by us), and mandatory consumer-protection rights are unaffected.

8. Termination and account deletion

9. Changes to these Terms

As the service evolves, we may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory law (for example, consumer-protection rules in your country of residence) gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
